Using the service
CutoutKit provides an automated image background-removal tool. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.
Your content
You retain your rights to uploaded images. You must have permission to upload and process them. Do not upload unlawful content, confidential material you are not authorized to process, or images that violate another person's rights.
Fair-use limits
We may limit request frequency, block automated traffic, or temporarily suspend access to protect availability and processing costs. Attempting to bypass these controls is prohibited.
Availability and results
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Automated results may be imperfect, especially with blurry edges, transparent objects, crowded scenes, or low contrast. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for a specific use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutoutKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the service.
